09 Skyscraper Competition organized by eVolo just announced three winners and 15 special mentions. For the 2009 edition, eVolo invited architects, engineers, and designers to explore new ideas and concepts for vertical density. The competition called for innovative designs that take into consideration the historical and social context, the existing urban fabric, the human scale, and the environment.
